1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Scrapunk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

2. The service

Scrapunk is a scraping API that converts URLs into structured output (Markdown, HTML, screenshots, structured JSON). You're responsible for the URLs you submit and the data you receive.

3. Your account

You authenticate via Google or Apple. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for any usage performed under your API keys.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Scrapunk to circumvent third-party terms of service in a way that's illegal in your jurisdiction, attack or overload third-party infrastructure, or process data you don't have the right to process.

5. Billing

Usage is metered in credits. Failed scrapes are refunded. Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll surface material changes through the dashboard before they take effect.
